Sailor Neptune Cosplay :: Aquamarine Mirror

I loved this photo so much that I decided to share this too, also because it shows my whole costume from head to toe. Ok, now a little bit of info about this cosplay.
Last year when they announced reboot of Sailor Moon series for 20th year anniversary, I doodled a custom design for the senshi(you can see the original sketch from my tumblr on link at bottom!) Being my favourite, I did the redesign for Neptune. Then I liked the design so much that in a whim, I decided to make cosplay of it. And kinda guilt tripped me into attending İzmirCon 2014 8D


We attended to it and it was loads of fun! The result was; I met with cool people and made friends, I have cool photos from the photoshoot and i now have a new hobby i like to pursuit ^^ Oh yes, I didn't win anything from the cosplay competition but this costume got me recognised and i was invited to attend a bigger cosplay convention ^^ Still I think it's a great honor!!! I'm preparing two costumes for it, but production is going slow due to lack of materials and several things I need to take care of with life. I also want to edit and work more on this cosplay to make it look even better, but that's a plan reserved for future. ^^

The blue magic effect was also done by the photographer, I think it gave a cool feel to the photo.
