Here is something I've been working on for
a month!!! It looks as majestic as I wanted it to be ^^ If you need any additional reference or information about her design, feel free to ask ^^<3 Now, I go and retire to my corner to confront last midterm exam I'll be taking before finals jump on me XDD
I'll still insert a short bio here for the sake of reference.

Last Name: Namino
Race/Species: Human
History: Namida has a complicated past, but now it's all sorted on last year's tournament. She's back, a bit upset about whole tournament and jugdes and totally not the same naive lady from last year.
Age: 18
Birthday: 29th June
Alignment: Chaotic Good (which means, she's not a goody shoes)
Height: 5'6"
Personality: She's a polite girl, friendly and has this tranquil aura everyone feels drawn to her for some reason. Namida is a smart girl and can be scary if she gets really upset(like, if someone tries to kill her friends before her eyes and then try to kill her. yeah, I'd like to see anyone try pulling that on her). She's the type you'd like to be an ally of, not enemy. She very rarely gets upset or angry though, if you push right buttons, viola! You have yourself a very mad lady out for your blood. Oh, and she likes dressing up and joining some friends to have fun ^^ 
SENSHI/CREATURE FORM
Name: Eternal Sailor Rozaria
Alignment: Chaotic Good (which means, she's not a goody shoes)
Home Planet: Rozaria
Transformation Phrase: In the name of the Goddess, I forecall the star power of Rozaria!
Transformation Sequence Info: Ummm.... lots of flashes, colors, floral themes and petals.. and... ta-daah!
Abilities: She has quick reflexes, can jump high and almost an expert on close combat. Besides that, now she has wings, she can use them as a shield too. It can block most of the avarage attacks with ease ^^
Attacks:
Silver Petal Shock!~This is is a shower of silver petals really, it forms a gush of misty wind. Often confuses the opponent with a veil of fog.
Icicle Illusion!~This is a lethal attack where Rozaria summons floating icicles and throw them at her enemies. She can summon upto a hundred icicles at a time, depending on how pissed she is, if she's in an environment where ice is present, her attack power will be boosted up.
Rozaria Polar Eclipse!~This is... well... a nasty one. A blinding light accompanied with a skin itching cold. Opponents in a large area are freezed from head to toe if they fail to encounter the attack or evade it. Or, knocked down if they can somehow block it.
Tempest of the Angel!~ She spreads her wings out and she starts floating above ground. Opening her arms wide she finishes her attack, releasing a wall of ice emerge from ground, heading towards enemies standing on the ground. It hits her enemies, and ice wall will remain in the field for a couple of minutes just like her wings. She can use them for a while, as long as ice wall remains in the field. If she's knocked out, or lose conciousness her wings and the ice wall will disappear before they reach to their time limit.
Only the ones with flying ability can avoid this attack, because wall will continue forming until it hits the enemy snaking through the battle field. There is a way to trick this spell; jumping high and away from the place enemy stands, until the ice wall reach to the spot they were standing on before. This will stop the spell from following them forever.
Weakness: Well... She's mortal <__< in elemental way of speaking, she might be more weak to fire than other elements.
Personality: Same, she becomes more of a challenge in personality and hell a lot harder to handle. She holds her pride high and will not hessitate sacrificing herself if it'll serve any benefit for the ones left behind her.-------------------------

but arent wings fragile? <8I;; If they're strong enough to deflect attacks, wouldnt that make the feathers too heavy for any form of flight? I mean I'm just going off of what I was taught my by writing mentor logic wise.
